ok when do you get lighting effects, spotlihgt, and smoke bomb?. i have dance 4 and ent heal 4.

Well, it depends on what you want to do. The light shows are really cool, but the different dance styles are more of a lure to me initially.

is there a web site, thats shoes a skill tree or something?

There used to be, but the one I know of is out of date now.....sorry.

when you get to novice dancer, can you take dance technique, dance knowledge, dance profession, or do you have to pick one, how does that work?

When you get to Novice Dancer, you get a whole new skill tree to work with. Like Novice Entertainer, there are four paths you could follow. To become a Master Dancer, you have to learn all branches, and then you can become a Master. Or if you want, you only have to learn as many skills from any branch that you want.

that looks so cool, can not wait till i get to novice! 100000exp is alot do you need credits for to get to novice, like the other stuff.

Need 5k to train novice dancer. Kind of steep hehe. then to train up the tree it goes 6/7/8..

Hehe, think you meant 50k and yeah its 50k not 100k, I thought it was 100k too for a while til i looked at it in game and not just in the book or a website. The info there was wrong, its only 50k... still a lot I guess. But from there it goes up to 87500..
