I don't know what the starpseeder 3000 is, the YT-1300 (Milleniam Falcon) is a deed you can buy from any Shipwright but cannot pilot without master freelance pilot. The Y-8 mining ship is a quest reward which starts in the Wroshyr Tree in Kachiro. Bazaar sales will vary wildly from galaxy to galaxy and day to day. Most items will be sold on personal vendors which you can search for using the vendor location tab on the bazaar terminal.
