The Leotard from Jaba's Themepark Quest gives +5 to mind enhancement as well as healing but can not be worn by males or wookiees. To do the missions for Jabba you need to have + Jabba faction (you may have to have a minimum of 200 Jabba faction but I am not certain). To get positive Jabba faction you can run mission from a "Destroy" mission terminal to eliminate Valarian's Thugs. Just be careful when selecting the missions. Bib Fortuna (Jabba's right hand man) actually plays both sides of the fence and sometimes posts missions that on the surface (in the title) indicate a mission to kill Valarian's henchmen but in reality you kill Jabba's guys.
The Master Tailor will also need Crystaline Clothing Treatments. These are random drops from Jawa's (something else might drop them I am not certain). When the schematic first came out these treatments were selling for at least 60K on my server. Now they go for 1K - 5K. The schematic can only be used to make 5 of the outfits and is not a guaranteed reward. You might get a crafter's apron schematic instead.

Okays... here's the info dump. Some of this has been mentioned above, some hasn't.
The Exquisite leotard (the one made from the schematic from Jabba's themepark, not to be confused with the mere Exotic leotard, though it looks the same) does indeed have +5 to eachmind enhancement, BF healing and mind wound healing.
BE tissues can be added to clothing by a tailor in the crafting processfor mind wound healing bonuses, but not for BF healing or mind enhancements.
Skill tapes can be looted that grant bonuses to any of these three skills.
Entertainer buffs don't work like doc buffs - you can't buff for 900 for 2.5 hours for every recipient (unless, for example, you have a +100 mind enhancement skill, and only buff players who have exactly 900 base mind). Entertainer buffs are just a percentage of the recipient's relevant mind stat (Mind for dance buffs, Focus and Willpower for music buffs).
The percentage of the buff is determined by your Mind Enhancement skill level bonus, expressed as a percentage. At Novice Dancer, your Mind Enhancement skill bonus kicks in at +10 (or, buffing for a 10% bonus to the recipient's base Mind stat). Each skill box in the Techniques line adds points to the Mind Enhancement skill. At Master Dancer, the total bonus is +100, or +100% (effectively doubling the recipient's Mind stat). Skill tapes can be added to clothing to increase this up to an additional +25, for a total cap at +125 (125%). Note: be careful with skill tapes - they have special and weird rules regarding how they work in clothing.
The duration of the buff is determined by several factors that Tiaga best outlined in his buffing mechanics thread. The short version is that time and number of flos all count towards an eventual maximum buff duration of approximately 2 hours. Buffs will often go slightly over the 2 hour mark, but I've never seen one over 2 hours and 7 minutes, even in intensive and overdone testing (300 flos or soover a 10 1/2 minute buffing session). 2 1/2 hours appears to be impossible.
Did I miss anything?

Tuskan warlord
Jawa
Naboo
RSF commandos outside Theed
Tip:
So I spent about an hr killing Tuskans and Valarians to no avail then I headed to one of the mos's and check the entire galaxy's bazaar and guess what.. found about 10 of them for sell anywhere from 500 c to 6000c. Bought several took them and the schem to a tailor I do business with and she is cutting me a HUGE deal. She gets the Schem 4 extra Crystalline Clothing Treatments to make 4 more and I get the Leotard.

AriadneBeradeau wrote:I also have the completed leotard from Jabba's schematic, and it does indeed give +5 to mind enhancement.
The exquisite dancer leotard does give a bonus, but a very small one. Player had 600 mind, when I was done he had 1230 mind. So it looks like it added an extra 30 to the buff. Buff duration was the same, 2 hours.
At first, I thought it was 1630 mind, I swear it was, but about 30 minutes later it said 1230, so I may have just read it wrong at first.

If you can find a Master Tailor, you can have him/her make you an exotic leotard with a +5 mind enchancement, and you can buff for 105%.No doing Jabba missions for a schematic or whatever, there is a special kind of...copper perhaps, could be wrong on the element....that gives the mind enhancement. I don't know how muchit'll cost you, butmine was 3k...only because I knew the tailor, and I had a hugecustom order. I have never seen one of these on a vendor or the bazaar.
My leotard is +25 wound/bf healing and +5 mind.
I'm not sure if you can get higher than +5 mind enchancement with the BE clothes...does anyone know?
As for the skill tapes, do they have to be added in at crafting, or can they be put in by a tailor later?

Ok, most of this has been mentioned already, but I'll state it one more time in different words as it seems some people are still confused:
1) Tailor-crafted clothes with BE enhancements are a bonus to Wound Healing only. There are no BE tissues for Battle Fatigue Healing or for Mind Enhancement. Period.
2) There is a quest-reward schematic from Jabba's Themepark for an Exotic Dancer's Leotard. This is a limited use schematic (poofs after three uses) and also requires a looted component (Crystaline Clothing Treatment) to craft. Without any BE enhancements, an Exotic Dancer's Leotard has the following bonuses: +5 Wound Healing (Dancing), +5 Battle Fatigue Healing (Dancing), +5 Dancing Mind Enhancement. The schematic alsohas twosynthetic cloth slots (a 3 stack and a 2 stack, so requires 5 BE tissues -- an extra cost), so a tailormay alsoadd BE tissues as well at the time of crafting. If they use the entertainer tissues, this will *overwrite* the base +5 Wound Healing (Dancing) -- it will not add to it. (The other stats are uneffected by this overwriting.)
3) There are skill tapes for Battle Fatigue Healing and Mind Enhancement. These come in both Dancer and Musician variants, and are used by the respective professions. These tapes are looted items -- they cannot be crafted. You cannot put more than one tape of the same type in a single item of clothing. The maximum bonus over your native skill is 25 (applies to any skill in the game, not just dancers or musicians). As +25 tapes are exceedingly rare, you will likely need multiple tapes to get to +25. By putting these tapes in separate clothing items and wearing all said clothing at the same time, you can get the skill to add up to +25. In the event it adds up to more than +25, despite the character skills window showing you the full value -- only +25 will count. (Trust me, I can wear a total of an additional +43 Dancing Mind Enhancement at one time, but my buffs still only gain an additional 25%, not an additional 43%.)
4) Anyone can add a skill tape to an article of clothing at any time. You do not need to be a tailor.
5) The amount that you buff is a % increase over the recipient's native stat (mind for dancers, focus & willpower for musicians). Your Mind Enhancement skill translates directly into the % increase you will provide. A Master Dancer (or Musician) has a Mind Enhancement skill of 100, which means a 100% increase to the recipient (a doubling of their stats). All other modifiers are ignored when this % increase is calculated! Drinking brandy or eating a canape before getting a buff will not affect the amount of the buff. The buff may seem higher, but this is simply because the mind buff and the chef buff modifiers are added together.
6) The duration of a mind buff is a function of the number of flourishes and the number of 'ticks' elapsed during the buff. The maximum duration is two (2) hours. There is nothing in the game that can extend this. Two hours is the hard limit on entertainer buff duration. (From my own testing, it seems to actually be 2 hours 9 seconds, but what's 9 seconds amoung friends?) For an in-depth analysis of how buff duration is derived, see Tiaga's excellent thread Hard numbers on buffs.
Hope this helps clear things up!

How do you mind buff some one in 4 min with the macrofor 2 hrs. I keep buffing every one with 1 hr only. I'm a new master dancer also. So i have no clue here.
