Does this stack with the leotard and other + mind enhance tapes or will your stats max at +25?


So far I've onlybeen able to put together +16.

Selandria, your comments have prompted me to ask my fellow guildmates to be on the lookout for these tapes and to let the guild entertainers have first crack at it/them. . . . Funny how such a simple idea slipped my mind until now!

As with all skill tapes/armour attachments, the bonus is capped to +25. The user interface does not reflect this, though -- it shows you the total of everything you are wearing. So the leotard plus a +25 tape would show as +30, but only +25 actually counts. Same thing with the doctors that buy multiple +25 BE medic clothes thinking they will get that total of +75 or +100 to affect their buffs -- it does not, only +25 counts and the rest is redundant. (Having multiple BE items to allow one to freely switch your outfit around, however, is a different matter and one I practice myself... hehe)

Does anyone happen to know what mobs dropped these tapes? Maybe we could try to geta coupleon our own, rather than being forced to pay an outrageous sum of money for them.

Now that would be something...a group of master dancers and musicians, with their titles up of course, wearing really sexy and/or glamourous clothes, having just come from an ID makeover, and joining together to take down a few mobs for uber entertaining loot! Wish I could be there! lol

Some of us have fighting classes or alts. If that is not the case, many of us have friends that do. We could always bat our eyelashes and ask them to be on the lookout for such items for us.

Oh yeah, definitely...my main character is a tkm/dancer. I just think it would be interesting to see a bunch of us using our elite combat skills, but have the entire group with the Master Dancer/Musician/Entertainer/Enthraller/Virtuoso/etc. titles up.

It's great fun. One of LIVE Entertainment's other master dancers is also a master pikewoman, and I'm master pistoleer. We usually wear our master dancer tags when hunting on Dathomir, Dantooine, wherever. Another good friend is almost always in some stage of TKM/Swords/Pistoleer/Smuggler, and wears his Composer tag these days pretty much everywhere.


I'll never forget the day I was out on Dathomir soloing enraged rancors with my dancer tag up, and look up to see someone watching... I had no idea he'd come along. The only thing he could say was, and I quote,


"ROFL!!! Rancors getting pwned by a Dancer! Yes!!!"

I never turn my Master Dancer title off!


I'm a Master Dancer / Novice Fencer / aspiring Master CH. It's great when someone wonder what I'm doing out of a cantina and I pull out these very large pets and sick them after a red mob.

What will this do? increase the buff amt by 25%? So normal buff values are double for 2 hours... does +25 give you +125% mind points for 2.5 hours?
