Yeah the flo's run off the same as for an action done in combat and (for basic at least) the regen is plenty quick enough ( about 4s per flo ).

From what I gathered, anyone can equip armor, but will have penalties without the proper armor mitigation skills.

That was the original idea, but then they decided that they didn't want entertainers and crafters to be running around the wilds with any sort of reasonable protection without spending skill points, so they made it so if you're not certed for the armor you can't even equip it. At least thats what the last docs said, armor isn't being given out on TC CU yet so we'll know when somebody makes some.

On the EH XP front it's still early days but yes the initial impression's wheren't favourable. We need to work out some sensible method of testing it.

Unfortunately thats not possible. See devs put this nifty little "Heal wounds/fatigue" option as the first choice on the frogs, meaning all the combat testers who want to get back to thier testing (and who can blame them) will all use that option, so we can't really tell how much or how fast fatigue would build up, nor what our xp gain rate would be, on a live server.

Several of us did some extensive testing in the Theed cantina last night and quite a few combat testers came through to heal BF for us. The proble is that BF still ticks at the current live server rate. Wounds are where the majority of experience is currently gained.
I think the big issue right now is that we need to fill 8 empty boxes with battle fatigue healing experience. 28 skill points and all of that experience for empty boxes needs to be dealt with before the patch goes live.

Even testing like that is far from being able to tell what it will be lile for "real". And I think we both know that doing anything for entertainers is WAY down on on the priority list. We already got our CU update.
