Yes drasmar i had a csr do that and it failed as well. i sent a ticket again and another csr came within 2 hours and did something other than a restore though he didnt say what, and it fixed the problem. The name of the second one that fixed it right was csr-jessek. So don't give up cause they can fix it its just that you have to hit one that has the know how.

I found the same problem on more then one occasion. My fix was to get killed and rezed. Sometimes Doctors buff someone and they log off before the buff is done and the stats back to normal. Then when you log on you cant get another buff until you are killed. After that it works. Next time you run into this problme, try having a Master Doctor kill and rez you. It has worked everytime for me.
