Thank you for the kind words Sirii and your advice. I have a minor update today in which we've been offered to take over a player cantina with me running things. We declined the offer after a long discussion amongst ourselves because we love Eis so much. We also decided to form a second tour group that will tour the various cantinas on a contract basis, for player cantinas, or for tips if it's a public cantina. One of our regulars, Bruticus *hugs hun*, has offered his services to be our manager for the tour group due to his real life experience working in night clubs. We decided upon this approach so that way no one in the group gets burnt out on being inside of the Eis cantina and allows us to train new entertainers in the public cantina. The other bonus is that we will have total control over the people in the tour group and only our best entertainers will be able to go on tour. The final bonus is that we can truly put bandflo's to good use and have true choreographed shows for people to see. From what the various guilds have said about this idea is very supportive because it brings players to their cities which will improve the revenue of the city that the tour group is playing in. If there are any long time entertainers on Intrepid you will have a spot, provided we have room *grin*,on the tour group if you send me a tell.
From what I've heard from the players that come into the cantina, we have quite a few that build up a lot of BF on other planets, they really enjoy having us there and wish we would come to other cantinas. It's pure joy to see more and more new faces come in the doorand we have more of them coming in every day just from word of mouth. I'm extremely proud of the players that come in to be entertained and I'm extremely proud of my core members. Just keep the faith and keep plugging away at trying to shut down the afkers/buffbots/spammers because the majority of the players appreciate it. Those that hate what I'm doing and post their support of these types of zombies are the clear minority.

And of course, she forgot to mention me, Gitosra, the main reason people come by the cantina *sighs*. Well, don't worry, all you ladies out there, I still perform there even if Denira doesn't give raises or mention me in her advertising.

I don't see how AFK buffers hurt your profession. The only reason I can see is that for a novice entertainer trying to level up, it is hard to get someone to watch them if people are just getting buffed by the masters.
Maybe buffing should be banned. Then only those needing mind heals from battle fatigue would come. I am a TKM so I can heal my own wound points.

*shakes her head in exasperation* Phujitiv....this is anice thread, posted by someone of a playstyle different than yours. Its about pride in a job well done, pleasure at personal interaction. You make such a big deal out of allowing others their game, to be played as they like....yet it seems to me that here, you cannot see why someone would be unwilling to group with AFK'ers, even though to do so would directly interfere with their playstyle. You have accused the entertainers of being hypocritical...*thoughtful pause* There is no need to hijack this congratulatory thread, in order to beat your dead horse.
For the original poster...congrats. While I've been playing my BH of late, I haven't given up on dancing...it was my first passion in the game...*confesses* I'd just become rather disgruntled at the current state of affairs. Is good to see not everyone has given up.

Oh, don't worry abotu Phujitiv too much, Nispe. He's just an incredibly attention starved troll who has posted pretty much the same thing in... I think we're up to 5 threads now.
Phujitiv... isn't that the sound of someone raspberrying someone else??

After constant harassment by players, people that I refuse to group with due to violating my group rules,I am moving from the Eisley cantina to open up a private one. It was fun while it lasted, but I cannot stand the harassment any longer.

One step forward...two steps back...I wish I was there on your server so I could help you out with a smackdown on the harassing players. You shouldn't be the ones forced out...they should be.
But, again, prime example of why we aren't there anymore. And, people have the gall to blame us for being unavailable...

Sorry to hear you are getting harassed. It's good to hear a success story in these times of entertainers still out there enjoying the profession and bringing such enjoyment to other players in the game.
