Created a dancer first week of the game, and still dancing. I prefer to dance with ATK players and really hope the patch will bring more live entertainers to the cantina's. If not, looks like there will be a choice to remove AFK spam from your chat hehe.

I also created a Rifleman right away and have seen that profession go from unpopular to flavor of the 6 months...But I enjoy being a dancer not so much because we can buff or heal, but because of the interaction with all the players, both entertaners and customers.

Well I've been online since they got the login server fixed, remember that one everybody? I wasn't a dancer all that time. I kicked around trying to find myself. Tried various trades even spent lots of time flirting with shady characters as a smuggler. (Come to think of it, Lei still does. ) Ittookme several months and a galaxy hopto finally find home, familyand a career.

I danced in beta then on day 1 danced on Valcyn. Made a ton of friends. Also mastered Doctor. One day I decided I wanted to fight so after about7 months of dance I went to tk, did that for 3 months or so then came back to dance. Been master dancer for almost the entire time since launch. First time I mastered dance it took a couple months cause I was ATK the entire time. Second time it took a week cause I was afk probably 1/3 of the time plus we had a CM doing area disease so we got lots of xp fast. I am now having fun in the game again being a dancer. I have made even more new friends.

Hey all,

I've been a dancer since launch, and even though I succumed to the dark side and left dancer for 2 months to *gulp* hologrind, I always felt I was missing my dancer half the entire time, back to Master Dancer again and never ever dropping it again. My goal is to be a Force Sensitive Dancer, however I can manage that when I get to do the trials.

(1st Human Master Dancer - these facts are to the best of my knowledge)

Fun Fact: It took approximately 225 hours to Master Dancer in the first month, nobody had a clue how to use a macro, if an entertainer was AFK that meant he/she was in the bathroom or making something to eat. And your tips were your life, entertainers often shared tips for training and then taught everyone else. People charged you if you wanted training, unlike now where people will pay you to train you.

I've been dancing since day one and could never get myself to give it up (although I have been tempted many many times). I miss so many of my friends who have come and gone. When I dance now I feel like I'm on an aging rock band nostalgia tour. I don't recognize many of the faces in old familiar cantinas but the tunes are still the same.

I started out the first day on Radiant with a generic try out character, and the week after moved to Sunrunner and made Darkesong the twi' master dancer (well eventually master ) I have since made 5 other dancers, and I just can't seem to get out of the cantina for very long It's been a long road the past year, but I have enjoyed every minute of it. Happy birthday to us !! ^_^
