I love love love dancer. My first professions in SWG were dancer and pikeman. After the CU hit, it was a bit hard to be non-combat and combat at the same time. Sad to say, I dropped dancer. I missed it so much. I'd walk into cantinas to get a buff and wish that I was the one doing the dancing. So... I made another character, Orgia, who I spend hours on dancing and now working on ID. So, I'd have to say entertaining is loads of fun, especially when you can find other entertainers who are ATK. It's always fun to have someone to dance with you.

Well I don't have a hybrid character, but I had to add my voice to the "Dancer is FUN!!!1" comments.

My main toon - Xova - isa CL80 MCM/MPistols/Doc on Valycn grinding out Jedi. Since I'm really involved in my guild and will be unlocking a second toon in the next few months, I thought it might be good to start thinking about what profession I'd like my alt to have, particularly in how I can best serve my guild. We already have several crafters, but only one male Twi'lek entertainer who is actually someone's alt and is not on that frequently.

So I figured I would try out the Entertainer profession to see if I liked it since our guild could use a femaleentertainer for buffs and events.I created a female Twi'lek toon on Naritus (Ikuri in case anyone is wondering) and quickly realized that I love playingher! She's adorable and cute and loves her costume changes, and playing her is a little like playing dolls (especially when it's time to dress her up for a performance!) She usually performs in Mos Eisley cantinaand I have a blast socializing with the patrons, chatting with the other ATK dancers, cheering theRebels that act as our bouncers when the rude stormtrooper comes in, and basically just having fun.

Yesterday in fact the cantina got so crowded that I moved her to the front so she could have room to dance, and then eventually left when that area got too packed and went to the theater so she could practice Bunduki 2 (*lovelovelove* that dance!)Anda really sweet BHaccompanied her there just so he could watch her dance even though he already had a 2 hour buff because he said he'd "rather watch her and chit-chatthan go to Yavin to kill some mark" - LOL.It was especially cute when he (CL65) offered to act as her bodyguardanytimeshe (CL1)needed to do some shopping out and aboutin case a "red dot attacked" her. Highly amusing considering that my main toon wastankingCL81+ Nightsisters the night before soI'm not used to being the one in need of protection! *g*

So although I love Xova with all my heart, and will never let her be anything less than the CL80 ass-kicker support toonthat she is, Ikuri is a very close second. Funny how she was intended as a temporaryexperiment and quickly grew to be my permanent secondary toon.

So yes...Dancer pwns.

Anyone who's done Combat and Dancer think its good? I'm a MBH/MP/Smuggler e.t.c now and I want to try the other side of the game...What do you guys think?

Actaully I recently did this, and posted how much I loved it on my server forums. I was a die-hard PvPer for the longest time, however I realized that the lack of a fun GWC and my constant PvP addiction was ruining my gaming experience. I picked up dancer, and am having a great time playing the game the way it was meant to be played.
