there's an awsome trance/dance mix of the holloween movie's theme song that is mixed by mars and mystre ( I think). Nightwish has some good stuff including a great goth rock version of phantom of the opera andI'd also suggest gothic sanctuary and wishmaster.
Haunted by evanesance might be good too (actually a lot of her songs are in the minor key and lend themselves to an eerie mood). Uninvited by alanis morrisett on the city of angels soundtrack might be good too.
Dark Machine by Paul Oakenfeld might be recomended. It's not really very creepy but it is dark with a nice dance beat.

For reallly creepy (well, I think its crepy) "Don't Fear the Reaper" by Blue Oyster Cult.
If you go to www.leoslyrics.comYou can put in Key Words and find songs that might be "Halloweenie"
