lol Tiaga, yeah you caught me out on that one. I'd have to stop posting on these boards and that's just far too amusing an activity to stop.

What a lovely sentiment.

That goes into my bag of quotes along with some of Velvet's and Sultrina's.

So I think my main reason is...
I enjoy it.

Heh, I've loved it from the beginning and always will! I've watched and guided many that are still dancers still. When I purchased the game I didn't plan on dancing, did it once remade my character and made Boci!

I never needed money as I was a social dancer I always recieved good tips, and if I needed something I got my rump out the door and did a few missions ^_^ *grins* I chose entertainer so I could entertain....nothing has changed in that...lol cantinas came and went...yet anyone that ever saw me dance still remembers me *beams* I get it all the time...and that's worth it to me.

Lol ....*shrugs* you could go out and kill things, or you can be the person that eithor waits to help them heal or go with themas I've done on many hunts....you've just got to find what suits you or your character style ((lol *blushes* i'm an avid role player))...lol from back in the day when I use to watch these boards instead of the Tarq boards...I remember wondering why you were a dancer..cause you were always upset. Lol

um yeah...not much else to say ^_^ hehe need to go to my other boards now *grins*

Peace

There are things that you can do to make dancer enjoyable for yourself, and you would be suprised how many things there are to do besides participate in the Galactic Civil War. Think of all the neutral people.

I'm a dancer. Anything else I do is just a hobby.

I have my own cantina. I service and Imp City. I buff. I heal. I flirt with the customers, and even practice in a little social engineering and faction negotiations. As a dancer, I've negoticated peace agreements. I've declared war with other cities. I've caught odd bits of information.. I've helped hook up suppliers and consumers.

I've done a great many things that aren't part of a 'profession', but more a social niche you find yourself in when you're always located at a central location.. folks come to you.. You're stationed at one of the hubs of activity.

Being a dancer is, for me, like being a Twilek. Its not something I even concidered. I didn't think about it. Twilek Dancer. Must have. Once you become a dancer, then you're faced with the hard choice of what to do with it. For me, thats were the real fun of being a Dancer began. Master Dancer was the _start_ of a wonderful adventure that continues to unfold.

Right now, I'm also a master artisan. I'm an Exotic Dancer / Biker Chick, and I'm working on the Pistol-Packin' part of it as a side-adventure. Still, I'd never concider losing Dancer anymore than I'd ever concider wiping my character and starting over as a wookie chef. ^_^ (no offense to wookie chefs.. but.. full-body hair-nets just make ya look funny)
