Hey Keelie, and congrats.
Actually it is very possible to do a buff in 3min 20secs, with either a quickness or stamina buff or even Acc......(forget the spelling on it, but it's a drink that's like a buff) (Can check Govnor's vendors (Her main vendorson Naboo north of Theed, and her other is near Coronet)or Woosh's vendors(On LoK, Tombstone city) for the drink).
It's all about getting a certain about of flourish in the fastest time possible, 5 flo's per 8 secs with do just that in 3min 20secs, if you do plan to make it a more of a performance way of buffing then yes you will take longer.
To do it though that it's smoothly, not always easy in that it depends on the dance your using, if say your gonna use footloose (dunno why someone would but might happen), the performance buff won't go smoothly for the fact of whatflo might hit next ad the timing of the flo.
Not saying it might not be possible, just somebody here might have a better answser for ya then me or a clearer one even.

I always buff by hand. I still do fast buffs, but the only macro I run is a timer to send them a /tell when it's done. I still try and focus on doing a performance though. If I know the end of a flourish is coming within the next 10 seconds, I'll only do 4 flourishes, then hit the fifth when the flo I'm on ends. I have about 10 seconds wiggle room in my timer, plus I don't start it until I know the buff has really started, and most people don't instantly stop listening, so it hasn't really interrupted any buffing doing it that way, even if I miss a flourish.
