It seems to be related to grouping, and distance. It seems to happen most whena personin a group move beyond the 64m boundry but their HAM bar never goes to blank/out of range. If the ham stays fully visible then the character is being tracked over the 64m boundry and seems to trigger this bug. Easiest way to fix it is to simply run 500m away or until the ham for everyone else goes to that blank state. Then when you come back into range and everyone's ham starts showing up all the clients will synch up.
