Thread: I heard they fixed Exotic Leotards?

A good friend of mine told me last night that they actually fixed the graphics glitch that let large-torso'd women break through the texture on the Exotic Leotard!

This is great news if true, and a major surprise. I had built my avatar from the first to resemble the real me, and I come with a large torso So I had to have an image designer give me reduction surgery just to wear my leotards.

Now I'm going to have to go back to her and get enlargement surgery, I guess. I just haven't felt like myself since the change.

Anyone else notice that they fixed these, or is this just a rumor?

Yup!

I'm also of large torso, and as of yesterday I no longer 'peep' through my leotard. They also fixed the colours of them so they no longer all appear white.

Yes, it's fixed. The bleach bug is gone, too, I hear, but mine was white anyway.

Tiaga -- LOL!

One thing I'm interested in: There was also a glitch with the Exotic Leotard that when you dropped it in your house, you could not pick it up (or target it or anything) afterward. Anyone know if this too, has been fixed? (Yeah, I know . . . not too many who want to test that one, given that it's a Master-level bit of cloth.)

Yup. That bug is fixed now. When they fixed that bug, all the Leotards turned white. Hehe. So now everything is fixed.

All the bugs with exotic leotards have been fixed. Happy day for us tailors with a large entertainer base, and from Holo's post on the Tailor board we may have new colors on them "very soon"!

About how much does an Exotic Leotard go for these days?

I bought mine for 10k, but I've seen them priced anywhere between 10k-20k depending on tailor/location.

If you're paying 10k for your leotard, you're paying too much. That may have been the price when nobody could make them (I paid 18k for my very first one), but there are too many Master Tailors making them now for that price to hold. 8-9k is more reasonable, and if you can work out a mutual deal with your tailor perhaps you can even get one for less.

I'm still fiddling with the prices. Don't expect to always find the same prices each day in my shop currently. You don't even want to see my current spreadsheet where I'm correlating production prices with average, min and max market prices. I'm currently cruising shops to lookup pricing and blahblah. But yeah, your 9k figure comes close to my current price for a leotard. I'd like to charge more because of lacking clothing decay, then again, they're promising a solution for very soon, so I cant change much.
