CCX - So. Much. Fun.

Thank you sooooo much to all the organizers, bufffers, costumers, and all attendees. That was an awesome party. Another amazing event. And the perfect end to a really great day. Thank you.

And this posted here, despite your being in a musician group!

Yep, CCX rocked! The party even got started two hours before the official beginning of the crawl, and was exciting and tons of fun the whole way . Thanks to everyone involved for making such a great event possible.
Oh, and the musicians were out in full force. We had two musician groups this time one of which was completely full! And the other with 10 more. Watch out dancers, we're going to be taking the stage!

And yes, full agreement that our group ROCKED!

Wow, third from the alternate musician group hehe.

My main on Lowca is a dancer, so I always come to these boards even though Gedlee on Bria is a musician.

Fantastic evening! Thank you Scipionus for leading the other musican group and thank you Doasa for making me laugh too many times to count.

Too all those involved in coordination, filming, group leading and clothes making thank you all for your efforts.

Special hug to Iosan!

I guess I was just in the wrong group then.. I felt that no one really wanted to entertain, everyone was too worried about some movie being filmed to care about the music or the dance.

I went to bestine and helped a new character learn some music. Healed a bunch of people that just came back from a battle. That rocked.

I was kind of, "overdressed." So I decided to stay by the door and greet the audience saying, "Welcome to Cantina Crawl X." Seemed to go over well. The main acts on the floor looked and sounded lovely. Though I do have to admit, my sound card was rarely able to keep up.

I had an absolutely awesome time. Thanks so much to all the organizers, as always you did a fantastic job! Thanks to the musician groups for the great tunes, you guys where smokin, it was awesome seeing so many musicians turn out this time. Also thanks a lot to the Master Dancer group, you all where so awesome! We had so much fun together and Seelia did a wonderful job keeping us in line. You girls were a lot of fun to dance with, probably the most fun I've had at a CC so far. I can't wait til the next one, love ya all!

Ow. Well, its good to know you did have fun - thats really what the game is all about. Some people do come because it is the filming and being in videos that is the most exciting for them. I think that is great - whatever makes you happy and makes you grin at the keyboard is good with me. If that isn't your idea of fun them you have to make sure you have/make your own kind. No one is in charge of you having fun at a Cantina Crawl I think - that is the one part that is totally up to you. And man, did we ever!

I had a blast every minute... I even was late on a couple of our emotes because I was too busy admiring everyone lol. I think the few unsuspecting patrons who wandered into those cantinas were blown away. During the Nala invasion I couldn't stop giggling - that was awesome. And the dancers all looked amazing - watching the coordinated routines at the CCs always gives me a sense of awe. I was totally blown away.

I was also beyond impressed with the people who were willing to stop wht they were doing to mke sure everyone had clothes, holoemotes, buffs, instructions, etc. How the rganizers kept an eye on spatial, ent chat AND group... I have no idea. They must have three brains and five sets of fingers. You freaks.

/wookiee... er, /fishyhug to all the entertainers who organized and participated. My husband was teasing me this morning that I was laughing in my sleep. Always a sign of an extremely fun time!

And oops... yes the "main" ent I am raising on Starsider is a dancer, so I always tend to gravitate here first... plus that alphabetical thing.

I, too, enjoyed this crawl very much. For me the best part is actually meeting all the regular posters from these boards, and seeing they cannot only contribute well-written posts but are also a blast to party with! Many thanks to everybody who made this happen! /deepbow

The "below master" dancer group that I was in was also very fun. But, beyond that, I think they had one of the more difficult jobs. There were a lot of levels of dance within that group, and it was great how we were able to divide up into two or three subgroups at a time and still look good. Whatever multiple dances we were doing, the ones doing the /bandflo made sure to keep the flourishes so that all the dances looked good. For example, when there was a group of us doing poplock, they never went up above /bandflo 4. Keeping all of that coordinated, as well as making it extremely clear on more than one occasion that if *any* of us didn't want to be part of the sync dancing or dress in the "uniform" we were allowed to do whatever we wanted to do. It was a very open and fun environment within my group. Nobody was required to do anything. But, for those of us who wanted to coordinate, the leaders were very good at making sure we looked good no matter what dance we were doing, and what subgroup we were in.

Our group was a LOT of fun. Thanks to all of you for making it such a great evening. I couldn't stop laughing at the end after the group shot when we all decided to do formal on the Palace steps.

This was my third CC and they just keep getting better! Thank you to all the organizers, costumers, group leads, and everyone else for such a fun evening!

This was my second Cantina Crawl, and I had even more fun than the first time. This time I was a member of the Master Dancer group (I'm not a native of Bria, so have been re-mastering Entertainer/Dancer/Musician on Bria slowly), and the Master's group was much more co-ordinated than the non-Master's group I was in last time. We were playing around with doing various synchronized effects, changes, etc. (all the while suffering from the lag) and it was a blast.

I only have a box-and-a-half of entertainer healing XP to go and have Master Musician done on Bria, too. (Then I'll be ME/MD/MM there as well as on my home server of Eclipse.) So maybe the next crawl I'll be in one of the musician's groups... Or I might just decide to do dance again...

I had no idea that was you, I'm Iobea i was the coordinater of the non master group. I guess nice to meet you is the correct choice of words.

It was fun being involved in that group, at first i thought it would be very difficult, but pretty much everyone was interested in doing formations and several others helped by coordinating the sub groups . I think it went very smooth. It was the most fun i had at a cantina crawl so far.
