This is actually for all entertainers to respond to, but since I'm a dancer and I post here most often, this is where it ended up. Tough! Suck it up!

Seriously, I want the input of all performance entertainers (dancers and musicians).


I'm looking for a general timeline for changes and important events that have occured to our professions. I won't go into why I want this information right now, but I'm not asking arbitrarily. I need general dates and events such as when the AFK issue first became a public story, when the holocron craze began, when Jeassa posted that deadly stuff about the EULA only referring to 3rd party programs, when the Hutt Casino was first promised, when the player cantinas became available, when mind buffs were enhanced, when /deny was put in, when our first top 5 were requested and then ignored...everything significant that has happened, good and bad.

Again, I won't go into detail at this time why I need this information, but I do need it. And I don't have the time currently to go digging it all up myself (busy week for me, especially with an upcoming crawl) so I'm begging my friends here to help me out.

Any and all assistance will be appreciated and will be properly credited to those who help out.

Good question. Not really, no particular format. I just thought people could post the stuff here in whatever format, that way everyone could also see it, avoid duplicating efforts and correct any inaccuracies.

I don't really care HOW the info gets to me, I just need it.

In beta 3 the AFK problem got to be so bad that the devs changed how we gained xp in group dances. It used to be that every member of the group got xp for a bandflo. We had AFK entertainers gaining skill from day the servers went live because changing the bandflo xp was not the answer to the AFK problem.

This will mostly be a non-combat adventure, targeting Entertainers, Dancers, Musicians, Image Designers and fast-talking Smugglers... perhaps set in the Hutt Casino. Loot will be new songs, dances, etc.

I'm asking people to help me with research on the history of the performance professions because I've got a very busy week with everything going on and I could use the assistance. Nothing more. Don't wanna help, you don't gotta, but believe me, I don't ask for this sort of thing for no reason.
