I saw Roho's board name, read the thread, scratched my head then went for more coffee. After another cup or two I'll check back in with reality.

Oh, sorry, the C - is an ingame thing. Its just a short form of OOC. Actually it stands for Creator. It got started when we,Roho's and Kirah's creators,started discussing their impending marriage back in November. We used the term "creator" to let each other know when we weren't talking in character and it quickly got shortened to the "C". I know . . . more information than you cared for, right?
