I am soooooo thrilled that you guys are already starting with new flourishes!! This has been one biggest disappointment about dancing so far. I can't wait to see what they look like.

Corrected a mixup in the Dancer dance grants.

These changes should go on Test Center in the next couple of days and then go to live galaxies after a week or two of testing. Please also read my post about priorities before giving feedback. DancersAdded checks and failsafes to prevent getting stuck "performing" when not actually performing.
Added check when player joins group to make sure they are playing the same song as the group.
Added messages for /bandflourishes
New flourishes for rhythmic dance: Flourishes 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
New flourishes for lyrical dance: Flourishes 4, 5, 6, 7, 8
New flourishes for poplock dance: Flourishes 5, 6, 7, 8
Fixed bug with /changebandmusic and band members that are not performing
Made /bandflourish on/off setting persist

I really thank you for working these issues, but could you please address the animation problems with formal while your at it?
I have bugged this in game, it seems that while not doing a flourish, the client sees the animation correctly, the hop spin on one foot animation. However spectators do not see this at all. All they see is the dancer sliding jerkily from side to side on the floor. No turns no hops, just sliding back and forth. There is something wrong with the way its being viewed by spectators, Like i said the client see's it properly, spectators do not.
This has been messed up since day one, i have bugged it several times and it seems that if your going to take the time to "add" flourishes, then you also need to fix a bug with the animations while your at it. Formal dance could be really nice, but with this sliding jerky thing its really just sloppy looking

This is a good start!
However Exotic4 only has TWO unique flourishes...that's a tad light isn't it?

I thought that the last two flo's for Formal were the same too, but watch them carefully they are not exactly the same, one starts with the right hand, one with the left. Same flourish but when you do the back bend you switch hands depending on which one.

I don't think I'm unusual in this, however, when I ask SOE to consider NOT investing the resources and time into doing anything with Poplock2. Seriously. Everyone I've danced with since release hates this dance and has left it off their hotkeys the moment they got Lyrical. And virtually every Master dance I perform with will either use Exotic 1-4, Lyrical, or Popular2. That's it. Period.
In view of the fact that Poplock is under-used (and much despised), and the fact that Exotic only really has TWO flourishes, why not use the added Poplock flourishes for new Exotic flourishes instead?
