Have any of you tested this new patch on TC? They've nerfed the hell out of dancers. It now takes 3+ seconds to change EACH item of clothing. Remember those nifty cloud cloths change macros you had? Kiss those goodbye. Want to get in the cantina and throw off your traveling outfit and get in your leotard and accessories? Gonna take a while.
Don't want the combat types swappin sets of armor mid combat? Make the delay during combat only. Really sucks having to wait that long to change into your dancin cloths.

Seriously? I was concerned about this when I first saw it in the TC notes, but after posting here someone else tried it on TC and said it affects ARMOR only, not regular clothes.
Are you sure you weren't switching armor and not just regular outfits?

wow, they actually found a way to 'nerf' entertainers? o.O /giggle i find myself as much annoyed by the concept as amused, if this is truely the case.

The MBH I had had a 3sec delay putting on his newbie cloths after I put on armor, it did it one piece at a time, with an annoyingly long delay. Maybe it was because he was removing armor, but everything I tried had the long delay associated with changing.

I've been concerned that my ns bicep might cause problems with this..now it's the least of my worries. I suppose it'll prevent me from pwn'ing some defenseless musician with my exquisite leotard.

Please test it again by changing clothes only. I cannot believe that anyone would manage to nerf entertainers. How do you kill something that is already dead ?

There is no delay for clothes to clothes... just clothes and armor.

I'll test this now to double check, and report back ina few minutes.
Yesterday morning I noticed that my Ubese jacket (my one piece of armor on TC) had no delay to equip, whereas a week ago it did. I was advised that the first piece of armor you equip had no delay, but subsequent ones would. Apparantly weapons now have an equipping delay as well, but as I'm doing a little TK on the side on TC, I don't know for sure.
Be right back with the low-down on clothes changes.

Just wrote a pair ofquick test macros on TCfor quick-change clothes changes consisting of skirt, top and shoes for two different outfits. Identical macros to our smokebomb changes, just without the smoke (still only 0 2 4 4 ent on TC).
Everything works instantaneously and just fine. I changed the outfits back and forth as fast as I could click my toolbar. No problem at all.
I then tested further by just rapid-changing individual articles of clothing from the inventory screen, again, as fast as I could to see if there would be any equipping delay. None, nada, zero, zilch. Clothes changed out as fast as I could click them, 20, 30 and 40 changes in a rowwith no delays.
False alarm, everyone. This one's clean. Move along, citizen.
