The only problems I see - The "stage" looks like it's really the foyer, if I'm understanding which photo is being reffered to. The bar looks to be in its own room in another part of the house. I suppose that's how they try to keep it from being in direct conflict with the real cantina building.

Guild halls and large houses all take up 5 lots these days..so I'm thinking this will also take 5. Considering the resources needed for instancing something that will be given to everyone buying the expansion, I seriously doubt they'll consider that.

I think the door at the back of the stage is to the "upstairs" bedrooms (the two rooms with the glass partition). There is another door to the right (when facing the stage) that I believe is the elevator. But I could be wrong. Just basing my guess on where the doors into the bar room appear to be...the bar and two more bedrooms are downstairs.

Over in the Expansions forum they said it is 5 lots and 400 items. Three levels too if I recollect. Only the first level is above ground. Not sure about the floorplan or the footprint.
