i combine them (the four exotic dances - as well there are not many unique flourishes so i tried to combine them - it's not perfect, but practise makes perfect
) ... but i actuallylove popular 2

I'd be split between those two too. But to be honest, I'm not a huge exotic fan. I prefer poplock or lyrical.

Depends on the weapon I'm holding. Exotic 3 is better for polearm or sword dancing, as the moves don't tend to make it look like you're impaling yourself frequently. Exotic 4 is better with either no weapon, or a gun, such as my uber carbine (usable at novice marksman, can't really ask for a better gun for a 15 skill point investment)

Yep I love to combine E3 with E4.
E3 might have a very slight edge as it has some wonderful spots in the flos that just beg for special fx. My favorite dance would probably be popular 2 though.

Well, I do enjoy both exotics (limited as they are flourish-wise), however, I think E3 takes the edge for solo dancing. If you are going to dance with a partner, nothing looks as fabulous as E4 (as a solo dance I sometimes feel as though Ishould be holding ontoa pole
). For shear fun and versitility, my favorite is Popular2. Although I must admit Shianne enjoys Poplock2 since the new flos were placed . . .

Ex 3 frustrates me. I can time it pretty well so I hit the flourishes and do not get that "whiparound" problem because of the turn. However, it's really frustrating to me that on other computers, the base dance is never in sync with what I have on my screen. When I'm facing forward, some members of the audience see me as facing backward, in the middle of my twirly. This makes me insecure about the quality of my performance - I may be doing a great job to me, but to them it may look jerky and awkward.

I agree with n'Jessi. Even with dance partners, it's difficult to time the base dance to match positioning. It may look like a perfect sync on your screen, but not always to the others. (Unlike n'Jessi, I'm terrible with timing against the 'whiplash' result.)
On top of that, e3 makes me dizzy
I'd rather stand firm with e4, especially in cantinas that have more players in them. If I can take up a position near somebody, I'll choose e4 any day.
But for buffing, it's always Poplock. Always. Don't try to make me dance exotic4 because it's the "correct" dance.

I combine them with E2. I do not like E1.

Yep, I agree with Jessi too. I love the two unique flos in Ex 3... and I learned to avoid the snap on my own screen, but it just makes me loony to know others may be seeing the snap. I started just avoiding the base dance all together by using the Ex 4 base and the turn which uses the same Ex 3 base anim from Ex 2.

Prefering Exotic3 mostly but both exotic3 and 4 sucks since they have 3 flourishes, rhytms of flourishes don't match each other and they look "weird" on male characters that we used to dance together. Poplock2 and Popular2 are my favorites...

I love all of the exotics simply because in RL I don't like "bouncy" dancing. Even if I go to a more techno club, I will dance very, well, exotic (with a slight bounce). I guess my RL dancestyle has migrated into game, since I enjoy displaying my "talents" etc. Popular and such are fun for if I'm feeling campy I guess, which isn't very often. I do enjoy the formals too though. I'm just one of those people that if I walk into a club and they have a cage, pole or even a "railing" along the stage, you better watch out cause it's all mine

Not sure id pick a favourite.
I switch between dances regularly because im not keen on keeping to one dance all the time.
Have various outfits suitable for each dance style.
The egyptian style outfit i havefor exotic3 is one ilove
so mostly prefer it to exotic4 for that reason
