Anybody have this or have tried this?

I know Master Chefs can place their own cantinas but perhaps they dont want to use their lots? OR they dont want to hire dancers to bring people in? I dunno, seems like a good idea but no one wants to buy sub par food so I'd like to have a Master Chef place a vendor in my cantina, and wondering if this hope might be in vain (would post in chef forum but read some mean threads about the buffs and that scared me hehe)

For a long time, there was a master chef putting food on a vendor in the Pump House cantina in our city. When I took over, I became a chef and the M. Chef switched to WS or something, and I gave him food to put on the vendor. But then when I quit chef (I just am not of the right mind set to be a crafter) the vendor was deleted (no one was supplying it).

For a while it worked though. People who wanted to RP would buy food and drink even if it was not "top notch buffing" quality, because they were just blowing it to roleplay.

For several months, I paida weekly feeto keep a vendorin someone else's cantinawith my chef/be char.I could have opened my own cantina with either my master dancer or the chef but placing a vendor there was a smart business decision because of the location. When the original owner left the game, I bought the cantina from him.

So this can work then, or at least dancers are willing to consider doing it ^O^ hmm need to muster up the gumption to foray into the Chef forums.

My partner and I have our new cantina and we are desperately trying to get it ready for opening. I would like to offer crafters a place to come as well as combat people. Selandria had an idea about turning it into a mall, but then I would have to discuss that with the guild and the mayor to see how they feel about that as well as my business partner. *sigh* I would like to draw an audience in even if i have to trick them into it =oP (key hypnotic voice *come we have food and armor, stay watch, you know you wish too*)

Us chefs aren't grumbly or anything anyways. Just smile, say thank you, and look like you're enjoying the pie we hand to you, no matter how bad it tastes.
