Thread: Grouped Pets Dont count?

I went out today to kill the mother varactyl to get the egg, but after i laid her body down nothing, no acknowledgement that i made the kill, and thus i didnt get the quest beat. So is this a bug or something that my character whose a swordsman with help from his pets doesnt get the count kill?

If just your pet got in a hit...then no. That wont count.
The same thing happend for me when i was in a group. The other group members got the hits...and my pet got in one hit ( I was screwing around and didnt get my shot off in time). I got no credit and had to wait 40 minutes for her to come back again.
