Thread: No kash babies =(

so it seems that there are officially NO babies that spawn on kashyyyk. what a disapointment of the highest level. =( The bantha, bolotaur, and varactyl mounts are all quests and dont spawn babies in the wild. I cant for the life of me imagine why the devs thought that would be a cool thing to do. *shakes head in disbelief*
Its a real shame to cuz the expansion is amazing aside from that and the massive shaft the devs gave all crafters on all the loot drops.

I know what you mean! I've been waiting for over a year to get a new planet just so I could tame new creatures! Now that our pets got nerfed, the least they could do is give us something new to do in the profession. Does anyone know if this is going to change in the future? (near future maybe?)

Welcome to EQ folks. Zones, mazes, no free roaming, and quests for everything you need. Of course they shafted the crafters, ents, and CH's they don't fit the new game.

I visited WookieeWorld during beta, and at the time I looked around (about two weeks before release) the kashyyykian bantha said tamable: yes. Never saw a baby kashyyykian bantha, though.
Today I visited and attempted to find the egg (see appropriate thread for results...not good if you don't have heavy damage dealing capabilities, which a master smuggler/master CH does not, although I seem to do just fine against level 81 and 82 NPCs) and examined a kashyyykian bantha, and it said tamable: nox.
I kid you not. They've got lameass unprofessional typos in their EQish expansion.
