What your correspondant can do
1. Compile and submita list of Issues to the devs and tell them which ones the community feels are most important
2. Ask the devs quetions
3. Present answers to the community that the devs allow him/her to.
What your correspondant can NOT do
1. Make the devs do anything.
2. Violate the NDA. (Non Disclosure Agreement)
I realize we have a few people who are new to the game and may be slightly confused at just what a correspondant does. Hopefully this has helped clear up any confusions about it. The correspondant position is a voluntary one. They do not get paid and give their own free time to help the devs keep track of all the issues. So please if the particular bug/issue that is affecting you isnt fixed anythime soon do not blame it onyour correspondantor flame him/her for being inneffective.
Any Correspondants or former Correspondants feel free to correct any of this that is incorrect.

4. Be the ultimate yes man to the devs.
5. Make sure that the hidden agenda to eliminate the creature handler profession stays a secret to those of us in the trade.
6. Bring the Devs there coffee in nothing but hawt pants
7. Able to say "I've brought it to there Dev's attention and they are looking into it," with a straight face.
8. Being able to take any comment said into a banning offence so no one will be able to say that they disagree with them.
9. Look the other way while the Devs give us the nerf sopository each patch.
10. Know to tell when someone is just busting chops and not being serious at all.

Luv ya Ko.
Seriously though, his job is pretty much a liesan (spelling, see sig) between the Devs and Us, so please, those that are new, don't expect that when you give him a suggestion that he's gonna fly down to Austin, TX with a baseball bat in hand and lord over the Devs and crack a few heads till it's done. ![]()
(Side note: But if that's what you're planning on doing Ko, please send me a PM, I haven't been back to Austin in a long time and would enjoy the trip.

The Corr is a buffer actually.
They get to deal with the abuse and fumeing of the players when the devs screw them so the devs don't have to. ![]()
