When are the devs and the CSR's going to get together to fix this profession?

CSR's don't actually program, and the rumor is that the devs don't either, and delegate the task to a group of programmers.......

so what do i have to do get these issues addressed because these bugs with CH are getting really annoying

Actually Lucasarts owns most of the rights to the game, rumor is also that their marketing department has a huge say in when patches go live and stuff :/.
