Is there a "best" way to level in CH? Right now I'm just Novice CH and I was wondering if there are certain boxes that are better to get than others for leveling purposes.

I am in the process of leveling up a new combat character with MCH/TKM and when I asked, I was told that the fastest way was to get Management 3 so you can have 2 pets out. Then get into a high level group and just attack with your pets. Since they will rarely hold the aggro, you can get XP fast this way. Someone said he went from 0/0/0/3 to Master in around 8 hours.
