Anyone notice that this did not state a skill mod to equip the necklace, just lvl 80. The other 2 state the prof needed. So perhaps this is for any LvL 80 character? They kept this from us on purpose. It is not a CH necklace but a LvL 80 necklace. Perhaps we can use up to LvL 20 Pets?? Still sucks, but maybe I can keep 3 pets now,
