Thread: tame bug is this not happening to anyone?

I used my respec and became a master CH but I cant tame ANYTHING!! its not giving me the option to tame anything in the radial menu ( and yes the creatures are tameable) and when I type /tame is says "you cant tame that" it does it with large creatures and baby's alike. Whats going on? if anyone can help or even shed some light on this I would apprectiate it.

When I used my /respec token it was to ditch TKM in favor of Pistoleer. I kept CH of course, as it has been a love of mine nerf through nerf for two years. I have not had this problem one single time on any of my tames, though I hear this happens a lot on Tat. I have experienced the no xp bug tough, and a weird bug where a stored pet still says it is not stored in the datapad. I cannot call that pet again until I log, but can freely call other pets. This has happened twice now, both times in spin groups on Dant.

well i didn't respec, but from time to time still have the you can't tame that bug.
i usualy shoot the babie and spawn another wich is tamabel then.
i think about 1 in 15 tames i get the bug.

I get it rarely. It's strange, some babies have "Tamable: No" in their examine-window, although they should be tamable. Quite often I see it with Lesser Plains Bols on Dantooine.

I had it a few times on Mustafar now - and before a few times on busy planets like Dantooine or Tatooine - maybe it has something to do with lag - although I am not really sure about it... You should send in a ticket - maybe a CSR can check if your character is bugged or if you are "just" having an extreme streak of bad luck...

1st - a CH can only tame babies (thou they are smaller as the grownups when u tame them, they have the same stats and same CL as the grownups - they will grow in size when u use them after the tame, but not in stats or CL)
2nd - as Master CH you are able to tame babies upto CL70; if u travel on Mustafar u will find babies at CL71 to CL80 now; these are only tameable with the CH Necklace that adds 10 to your max level of pets (which noone has found yet - at least no confirmed finds);
there is a bug still in the game that occassionally hit us where a baby, we should be able to tame, is not tameable for us;
