Hi, can some ch's tell me what are the best pets to have. Either from the wild or from a bio-engineer.

that's kind of like asking what profession is best for combat. the answer is .. it depends. i use a lvl 68 BE gurreck w/ dizzy knockdown for pvp, which isn't affective against any hard core pvp player. for pve most pets that have high ham and kinetic resists are good. the DoT specials are nice.. but not really necessary if you have a decent combat profession.

It all depends on what you are doing and what you like.

I use a Huurton Huntress and a Huurton Stalker for PvP, just for fun.

I use a Boar Wolf and Toxic Merek Battlelord or Gaping Spider Recluse for PvE.

Or I use my Screecher or Bull Rancor to just run around. I like wild pets, although I am currently dabbling in BE. Going to make a trio of Bearded Jax to PvP with

I still have my Grand Wrix and Viscious Huf Dun that sit with me in camps. I also use the Huf Dun to chase people around cities.

If you are looking for a Combat group and don't care for finding your own pets, then a BE one would be what you want. If you are wanting to find your own then do a lot of research and get a good selection for what you want to do.

This is a wide open question, and all depends on what you want to do.

I also use my Mountain Dewback as a mount and 2 Grand Wrix as my weapons from time to time, well back when I had 2 GWs.

Me personally. I started out with a CL 12 BE gurrcat, then wento to a CL 14 gurr cat. Then I moved up to a level 18 Wrix named Jeff that a friend gave me and he's been my primary attack weapon as of late. As far as mounts, I have a Cu Pa named VorCha, that I really don't use except for jousting (gallop on a Cupa will get you out of range quick.) My primary mount is a Dewback named Q'pla (yes, I have a Klingon Thing going, my name is a klingon name.I'veeven gota weapon smith to name my acid carbine adisrupter rifle.I know I know, wrong game, and I've been greifed enough about it thank you very much) that I've been riding because I've been wearing my AT-AT uniform lately.

As they said before, it all depends on your taste and what you're gonna do.
