If I am correct, Only the Archne Webmaster is not exstinct anymore, the other 2 are still exstinct.
I could be wrong tho. It is early and I haven't had my hourly dose of caffiene yet.

The Webmaster is no longer extinct. While not common, it is not all that rare. I give them away. The other two are still extinct. The Webmaster was nerffed along with all the other wilds but is still not a bad pet. Go to www.swgcreatures.com for detailed pet information.
What the extincts are worth is hard to say. It depends on your server and finding a MCH willing to buy one. The number of MCH has gone down dramatically since the "Great Nerf." You will find much has changed and most MCH's now just collect rare pets. The only way to make money is grinding missions. If you find a rare collectingMCH with money, he could offer you millions.
You can get a better idea by placing this message, or an auction, in the Bloodfin Trade Forum. Let it run for a few days and /bump it a few times a day to keep it from getting buried in the noise.

Grinding missions is a term used to refer to doing destroy missions over and over. Just like crafters make the same thing over and over to get the xp. Combat professions run the same destroy missions over and over for xp and credits. Depending on your combat skills these missions pay anywhere from a few hundred credits to 30k.
You might want to take my suggestions and post in your server's trade forum for a better answer to this question.

Rancor missions are pretty easy to kill with 2 graul maulers, a DXR-6b rifle and some brandy. They pay 18k and there are usually 2 creatures per spawn (one regular, and eithera gnarled or a youth).

Well, I can't say pets are worth quite as much anymore on Bloodfin. Most Bloodfin MCHs have moved on to more useful professions.
I bought a Kliknik Queen (100/100 vit)recently for 200k. They got hit hard from the December Patch, going from med to no armor, and lowered resists.
My Frenzied Graul isn't worth much more then a mil. Probably less, since they're tameable again (Yes, I do believe they're tameable again
)

well, im currently trying to buy a great plains stalker for 2 million on the flurry galaxy trade, and they are tameable (could have fooled me, but still...), anyway my point is the frenzied graul is apparantly not tameable, although the devs deny this, it is inconceivable that no one would have tamed one since they supposedly were again... i would say he's worth at least3-4 million, especially since vitality loss has been removed from pvp and you could use a rare pet without worry now - the frenzied graul's area bleed is a useful attack in pvp
the kliknik queen is a more specialised pet in so much as its just a collectors pet, its not much use anymore for fighting - but it is untamable, so maybe you could get 2 million from a rare collector if your lucky!
good luck with whatever you decide!
