Thread: AFK creature handler
Without going into the long "AKF is for F-ing losers" bit, there isn't a good way to AFK CH. Instead, go to the Dantooine Mining Outpost (or whever most groups launch on your server) and join a group. I mastered CH in 2 days - no kidding, 2 days at about 6 hours one day and5 the next- by going bol hunting with groups. Join a group but don't attack the bols- only use your pets. A level 80 group (you don't have to be level 80) will get you around 6k per bol with inspiration bonus. Not exactly a difficult grind.
Nah... It's unlikely that your pets will hold aggro for more than a few seconds anyway, once folk start shooting. Just make sure they get a bite out of every kritter than's engaged (if you can).
Also, make sure you can defend yourself... because aggression can and will transfer to you at any point in the process.

A little side-tip to keep yourself in good standing with the group- use something small. As silly as it may seem, you'd actually be better off using a durni than a rancor. There are few things that bother a group as much as some huge pet that blocks their view. You don't need to use a high-CL pet with a lot of damage, because if you're in a group with a few 80-level guys they're going to be doing more damage and drawing all the agro, so you just send in your little buddy and collect the xp.
I used a gurrcat until I could summon my crystal snake. Crystal snakes and rawls are the best grinders they're low to the ground, so they don't obstruct anyone's view.
