I'm a MCH but I want to focus more on PvP and I want to go Carbineer. I've got 19 pets including 4 rancors. I was wondering if there was any way to keep all my pets.

What I mean is is there any way to "drop" or "contain" pets so that they arn't in your data pad.

No. The pets will all stay on your datapad. You won't be able to use them or call them.

Make sure you keep at least one pet that can be controlled with Novice Creature Handler skills. If you change your mind one day, you'll need a pet to start re-earning CH XP with. Since you'll be way over your stored pet limit, you won't be able to get a new pet without practically emptying out your datapad.

Thanks. It's still there in-game, though it suffered a little damage from the Combat Upgrade item conversion. Most prominently, all the ranged powerups turned into pistol barrels, so the guns and landing gear had to be cleaned up a little. All the armor segments on the S-Foils slightly changed art style, too, but I don't think that's as big of an issue (aside from them all losing their customized names). It still uses no JTL era components.
