Whats the closest animal in looking like a wolf.... and would it be possible to keep it as a companion if I could only have creatures of max level 19? Thanks!

there are several dog-like creatures ot there at least.
Hurtons (CL40+), Chokus (CL60+), Kusaks (CL40+) are too high in level for u. so u can stick with slicehounds i guess. u need CH2xxx for this as the higher leveled slicehounds (CL 10+) are mostly viscious.
or just stick with a BE pet. they can come in different levels (even thou the natural high level creatures will come out pretty small). Kusaks look a bit woolfish (even thou they look like an full armoured wolf
).

BoarWolf or BoarWolf Ravenger but they also look like pigs and are some of the ugliest critters;But very tough.

I'm more interested in mounts, but my CL69 Gurreck is an excelent companion in cramped spaces. A decient +400 attack will keep monkeys off my back when looking for DNA.
