Define "pre nerf"


The devs were pretty thorough in pub 5 in nerfingevery critter they intended toin the game, to include everything in datapads, which didn't happen in the August nerf. Some critters (like frenzied grauls) were allowed to go on as they were tamed prior to the nerf. This was not the case in pub 5, where the nerf bat nosed its way into every last datapad in the game and beat the poodoo out of graul maulers, GSPs, bile drenched quenkers, grand wrix, rock beetles, and other popular (and powerful) pets.
