Ok I am a Novice CH and I know I can use a creature from lvl 10 down to 1. I was given a lvl 15 pet. And it says I can't tame this yet. so far my skills are...0/0/0/1
How do you know what lvl creatures you can tame depending on what skills do you have? Thanks, Bankie

Actually at your skill lvl you can control a CL 14 non agro pet.
The skill mod you want to check is called "Max Level of Pets". It is the main "what CLcan I control/tame" mod.
If you are looking at BE made pet deeds... keep the agro thing in mind. Your first bonus to taming is in the Taming 2 box. Or you can pick up some BE taming clothing to give you a boost to agro stuff earlier than you would otherwise get.
