I am fairly new to ch right now, but with milk now being in abundance (or so I am told) will a master ch be able to have a pet over a cl 70? I know that a bio-engineer will be able to make taming bonus tissues, so will this give a ch the ability to call a higher level pet? Ogaar

The Maximum level is 70 , that is either being a Wookie or having tameing enhanceing cloth.

It is my understanding that the clothes that enhance the taming percentage only, it does not allow you to call a higher level pet than 70.

Yep, you always need the MAX PET LVL of the pet you want to call.
