Thread: Pet cant attack
I guess u reteached the pet to fit ur commands..... maybe u accidently thaught it the same command to two different actions? or accidently thaught it another command for attack then intended?
otherwise Id simply say its a nasty bug
I'll have to check but fairly certain all the commands are set properly.
If they are right, and still no luck, i'll get him to send a ticket but thought i'd ask incase anyone else has seen this.
Thanks
Thanks for the advice, when i get back on i'll try them
Oh, the 'single letter in macro' does work. I use 'a' for attack and works fine, but i have the macro set to do some spec attacks first with a 2 sec pause between each /tellpet so don't know if that makes a diff.

It works for some but not for others. It's strange- on one pet the single letter will work fine, but for another pet, the single letter will only work for my store and stay and group commands. Follow and attack I have to have a word instead of a single letter or it won't respond in the macro./tellpet isvery very buggy and some have had a little luck with single letters, but a lot are finding it messes things up /shrug

You might also make sure your friend knows they have to have an attackable creature targetted before issuing the attack command. If you're getting the "?", then he isreceiving the command but does not have a valid target. (When my single letter macros bork up, I don't even get the "?").
