Thread: Question regarding armor for creature handlers.

I just made master CH this morning. As a master, I have 90% mitigation in battle armor now. I have enough skill points to take novice ranger, which offers another 20% mitigation for battle armor.
Will the rangers 20% stack with my 90% from CH to offer full mitigation?

No, mitigations don't stack. You get only the benefit of the highest mitigation value from the skills you've taken.
