Hello, i checked the guide, and browsed through some of the FAQ, and the Help Holocron, and even sent a Customer support ticket (in which they blew me off).
So maybe im just stupid, sorry
Anyways, does anyone know if creatures gain levels as you use them?

Sort of. Each creature has a max level it will grow to. It takes time to grow, but having them out will make them grow faster. You have to get creatures with higher Creature Levels to do more damage, absorb more damage, do better specials, etc.

So i can never have a L70 Dewback?
Okay, just some clarification, I have a L5 dewback (grown up). Will he grow to L22 or so if i use him alot? or do i need to buy a new creature to get a higher level creature?

once its done growing it will never grow past that lvl. If you want a better one go tame one or buy one.

When you tame a pet, it will show 1(25) when you examine it in your datapad. The first number is the current level and the number in () is the adult level. It will never get any higher than the adult level. All wild pets have a fixed CL. It will still say baby after it is full grown until you give it a name. I have never noticed any decline in the time it takes a pet to grow when I used it. You should be aware that if you do not log on to your character for a day, your pet will not grow that day. Your pet will grow by a % of its adult character level per day. It usually takes a week to grow from tamed to an adult. It does vary. I have had some grow to adult in 2 days and some take 12. Probably another bug.
