I applaud your effort, but there is a small (but vocal) group of malcontents on this forum that is not interested in having a friendly discussion about anything.
Their way is the only way.
I've been able to master CH and master pistol, marksman, scout, medic....
Now I'm working on TK or heavy sword, haven't decided wich yet.....
all I can say is that as a master ch we have enough extra points to master another skill.
While i would love to see a profession of CH be self sufficient i doubt it ever will be unless they combine Ranger and CH to make an elite hybrid, wich I would suffer through ![]()

tomthumb, I agree a TKA should not be beating up on a rancor, but if I give into your way of thinking then I don't think CH's should control rancors. The devs chose the middle ground on this issue. We get useless rancors and TKA's get to beat the crap out of them LOL.
I just don't see animal trainers as a combat class. It's like in real life dogs assist police officers, but dogs are not really considered police officers. They have a support role. The police officer carries the gun and is trained in combat, they could be considered a pure combat class that is augmented by thier dog.MCH'sneed combat skills and should not solely depend on their pets for combat.
