Good show there mate! Glad you got yourself one. Im on the track to mastering, just gotta spend a few more hours in the geo caves. Anyway, i was hunting some GSP's on talus today (after stupidly attempting to hunt them on corellia, wrong planet ebisu...) and finally found two, and tamed them. What good fun!

So I sign on and decide to grind out more bull rancor lairs for xp, hide, and rancor segs for my armorsmith. I get buffed, and just my luck buy a couple of adhesives from a guy in the starport for 100K each. The price has dropped on those, wow...or maybe I'm just lucky. Anyway, grab my mind buffs and head to Dath. Two missions north of the Science Outpost. Destroy them, go back and get two more. First complete, I head to the second. I stop and take out a wild craggy bolma lair, then head down into the valley next to it to my lair. A stupid purbole stalker agros me as I head down, from 100m away even, so I run past the lair before it can spawn. Too late, the rancors attack. In the confusion, I accidently target the lair and hit it a couple of times. I /peaced and started swinging away, area attack. Took out two and started to move away from the lair. I tab and target and practically screamed...BULL RANCOR (BABY)! HOLY F-INGS*%T! I instantly started smashing /peace and running for HIS life...unequipped my scythe and hit /burst. They kept up, but I circled around back towards the lair, to avoid poofing from being too far. Eventually the agro ends, I take out the purbole that followed me all the way (dumb monkey) and then started creeping back. Equipped my taming stuff, hit /mask, and walked back. Still there, I walked right up and started to tame. Failed, but no agro. Started a second tame and the rancor and rancor youth poofed right from next to him. OH, NO!!! I thought. I looked and the lair was outside my radar and had vanished. He was still there, though, and the taming started. I crossed my fingers and sat hopping in my chair anxiously....

"Good, boy"...

"Easy..."...

"Don't be scared..."....

YOU TAME THE CREATURE.

WOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!!

Thankfully my cheering and whooping it up didn't wake my kids from their nap.

The grind has paid off. I've destroyed over 300 lairs in my hunts over the past few weeks, not to mention the dozens I destroyed over the past few months. About time something happened! Good luck to the rest of you who are still looking...

The only tworares Ihave left are the wild dune boar and merek death's head...I think I'll hit Endor soon......

EDIT: I don't plan on stopping using these lairs for xp, so I will keep an eye out for any more for any other MCHs on Kettemoor.
