i was noticing last night that sometimes when i call my pets that they instantly appear but most of the time they just use that lame-0 15 second timer. is there certian conditions where one is used instead of the other?

not really complaining. if i did that SOE would make us have to pop a camp again to call our pets at all...

15 second timer only applies when you are outside a city or certain POI's

Now that I have answered both your questions I have this to tell you.

Before you ask a question, Read the stickies, the FAQ and the ingame Holocron. They would have answered both your questions faster than you could have typed them

i did read the stickys and the faq. just obiously missed those points. and the holocon is a joke. i can't find any usefull info in that mess.
