why is it that a small baby i just tamed (and is still very weak but will get very strong)get so low CH XP when fighting with them?
i am guesssing that they are considered adults when the CH XP is given,but isnt this wrong?
what i mean is my full grown dewback gets more xp then my baby huurton.
depends on the cl of the baby in your datapad..... also depends on what you consider low exp..... I'm a CH/BE and for exping I create 2 baby kahmura, and go kill the tiny stuff around the cities. In order to get max exp from a creature your pet must do at least 5% damage, so if yer using a lvl 25(adult) baby to help your group kill stuff with 10k ham, and he only does 500 hp damage thru the fight you won't get max exp.... like I said I use 2 baby kahmura to kill lesser desert womp rats etc, and get 105 per kill per pet..... kill like 10-20 every 5 min and that's pretty **edit** fast exp.

i usually get myself 2 pets (preferrably cats, cause they are fast) and wait till they grow to CL8 or so.
Then i go near the starport in Keren, and kill everything with the pets. I let both get a hit at the mob, then finish it off myself (one-shot). I get between 90-140 xp per pet, so thats 180-280 per mob. And i kill stuff fast this way. Imagine how fast the xp goes. Yesterday i started to get taming III, i started at almost no xp, and got the skill in 2 hours.
heh sorry bud, but yer wrong..... take on something with some decent hp's and have yer pet only hit it once and then back off.... then finish it off.... you don't get as much exp as if yer pet did at least 5% damage.... what yer referring to is the same thing as what I'm saying.... if you tell yer pet to kill a lesser desert womp rat (200 ham max) he only needs to do 10 damage to reach that 5% mark so yes it's 1 hit and full exp..... but if you take a baby kahmurra dmg of 16-17 and atk a 5000 hp mob with it he has to do 250 pts of damage for full exp.... now if yer in a grp thinking you can get some ez exp as long as yer pet gets 1 hit in at the end, it's just simply not gonna work.... even though you technically used a REALLY low lvl pet to help kill a high lvl mob you wont get much exp if any.
You can also try it this way if you want..... group of bantha's or something..... use a full grown kahmurra and a baby kahmurra..... help the full grown kill the bantha, and you will probably get 200 exp, help the baby kill a bantha, and you will probably get 50 if any.... which is backwards of the way you would think it should be.
