You're still a few boxes short.
The issue with GSPs is not the taming line; it's being able to control a CL 25 critter. Once your call level is 25 or better, you should be able to tame a GSP.

When I was a CH Ifound my GSP at 1,4,1,3 and tamed it on the second try (I think). I had BE attachments galore to help in taming. I found mine in the southern part of the land mass on Talus.

GSPs are non aggro so you don't have to worry about the vicious creature aspect, unlike vanilla sludge panthers and famished sludge panthers. Still, taming clothes will help any time you're taming, increasing the odds of a sucessful tame; if the tame fails, and a relative is nearby, they'll be on you fast for annoying the baby. So upping your odds of a successful tame, even on a gnort, is a good idea.

What the big deal with the greater sludge panthers anyways I've seen alot of attention on them lately, just currious why it needsthe acronym PSG. The Crimson Razor Cat is superior better hams, better damage and looks almost the same if not better. so It's CL 29 a few lvls higher and worth the wait.you won't be able to have more than2 out asmaster anyways.I never seeanyone useCRC when refering to the Crimson Razor Cat.

CRC is a superior tank, but the boar wolf is better than either of them, with 50% kin resist.
The GSP used to be, along with the Grand Wrix, the great midrange tanks of the game, before the Great Nerf, aka coals in the stockings of the CH. The GSP is physically larger than the CRC. A lot of us old timers are attached to them.

Boar Wolfs rule. I used one to level up my CH. At 50% kinetic and 9000 HAM, it makes a great pet. It could take a decent beating from a Rancor and still not run away. I was getting 1300 xp per enraged rancor using my Boar Wolf (Pork Chops). Very easy to these guys as well on Endor.

It's a joke, son!
I meant just sludge panthers, as oppossed to lesser, greater, or famished sludge panthers.
