Or maybe, the opposite.
For three hours last night, 5 of us in a group didn't have pets autostore, specials worked on every pet I used, tellpet worked, andeveryone's pets worked generally well, with the exception of mounts.
The problem is, the last time the same group was out, none of the above was true. Same server, same planet.
Got me. Sounds like server threading or something causing a 'myriad' 
of problems

You obviously were not PvP'ing if all of your pets worked generally well

I do also have problems with pets autostore, but it looks like it always happens in the same areas. As a good example there is a Playercity south of Bestine Farstar, E and SE of this city for about 1000m my pets always autostore when in combat. but in all other directions around this city my pets never autostor.

Last night my dewback autostored on me as I was standing in front of the shuttle port in Mos Eisley.
Right after I had it do a trick.
