Great story

Can you post stats for this Tivo because would like to know damage and specials.

I am also on the Frenzied Graul hunt and am being aided by my newly acquired skill, ranger tracking and have up to lvl 3 of he tracking column. Can you believe it Tivo that I found everything I have with no ranger skills at all.

20 frenzied lairs so far

This one is also going to be super rare like the Bull Rancor and am just hunting for fun since have 2 prepatch frenzied grauls.

Also on another note: TK rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!

thune grassland guardian: CL 40, 10300 ham, 400 max dam, no armor, 60% energy, 45% kinetic, 30% blast/restraint, dizzy and crippling strike

actually Milteck, my ranger tracking has not found one rare baby.its uselss due to the way the spawning system works. i dunno, i guess i just have it for the creature knowledge

nice job..........and great story. by the way what kind of bike are you using. i have a swoop and i can tame while im riding.

i have a swoop. didnt know we could tame while riding...unless its a bug? oh well, cheers!

awesome story...kinda the same thing happened when i tamed my swamp stalker lol was funny my pet has a strong poision was 80m away and this kitty agroed instantly ( baby got poisoned of course) i did the run and follow thing to stop the kitty from agroing my pet.....went over as soon as i could and hit tame (watched as the lil cats health ticked away from the poision) then that all to good message came up you tamed the creature poison went right away soon as i tamed him lol with 25 health left ..instantly i healed the lil fellow up and he is doing good in my data pad

That was a great story.

I wish lairs would occasionally spawn next to each other so we'd see more interaction between the wildlife like that. I've stopped several times to blast the creature I like least when I see two animals fighting.

Tivo, great story! More intense thant the nearly unmitigated disaster which was my tame of my gurreck during the period of the "ring of death" on Endor.

Just goes to show you that a dedicated CH will pull every trick he can come up with to get that rare baby!

All you have to do is use the radial. If you use /tame, you get a message that you can't tame while mounted. But use the radial, and it'll work like a charm.

So last night I was walkin/drivin around the northwestern part of Dantooine looking for frenzied grauls when I zoomed past a thune grassland guardian. So of course I stop and take it out hoping for a baby. initial spawn: adult, second spawn: adult, third spawn: BABY! So I immediately start trying to tame it (keep in mind I did not unequip my gun or store my pet). Usually I tame on the first try so I wasnt even thinking that it would fail...but crap! I failed AND it aggroed me. And since I still had my carbine equipped I auto-shot back and took it down to half health (luckily carbineer sucks, heh). Quickly I put my gun away and stored my pet, and eventually it stopped chasing me. BUT...I lead it into a group of hurrton howlers. I somehow was lucky enough to hit tame one more time before it started fighting. One of them got hungry and went for the thune grassland guardian baby. What to do!?!? I called my pet (had to wait 15 seconds), pulled my gun out, got right in the middle of the two, used my knockdown on the hurrton and it worked...but when it got up it went straight for the baby, not me. Guess what though? "You have tamed the creature." WOOT, but the battle isnt over yet. Finally my kliknik was called and I sent him in...the hurrton was STILL going after the baby! So im shooting him, my pet is attacking him, Im healing the baby...........finally the hurrton does the slow walk away and dies and the baby thune grassland guardian was saved.

Just a little exciting story I thought Id share with you guys. Can you imagine the story I will have if I ever find a bull or frenzied baby?
