I have seen correspondents in other clas forums releasing when permitted amounts of information about what was discussed in Dallas in the correspondents/devs meeting - did i miss the post or hasnt there been one yet?

Actually, it was in Austin, TX not Dallas, and no, you haven't missed anything yet.

Vert is sticking to the letter of the NDA that he and the other correspondents had to sign when they went to this meeting. I admire Vert for doing this, because it shows he can be trusted not to babble about stuff that is supposed to be behind locked doors.

But it's interesting that these correspondents signed an NDA and yet they are discussing aspects of the fabeled CR and nothing is done.

Yet we have a member that only mentions "I wasn't too impressed with JTL" and he is not only banned from the forums till after beta is over, but is taken out of the combat rebalance.

Kinda puts it into perspective a bit, doesn't it?

Speaking of JTL. I actually recieved a beta invite a week ago. My account been cancelled since ( look at sig ).
I would LOVE to actually beta jtl but no way in satans home and I going to pay to beta.

You realize Wallach that what you wrote is an inflammatory post and would lead people to believe that different rules apply to different forums.

And the Devs keeps saying they love us, so far they are loving us to death. I wish they would stop loving me so much, I might actually enjoy the game.

....and then no matter how hard we get nerfed, we still keep CH because we are still some of the coolest characters on the game.

Careful. This is a bannable offense it seems. God forbid the correspondents actually start displaying the discontent of their communities to the devs. We were supposed to hear something about the combat revamp awhile ago...

5 weeks and 2 days *YAWN*. At least there is no changeto their system (business as usual so far). Nobody complains (is allowed to complain). Perfect!

As they say in the army, Everything at SOE is operating per normal SNAFU.

Yup a mere 5 weeks and if you listen to Mr. Blackmann there is absolutely no plans to fix the ground game until well into 2005.

My account remains cancelled as of DEC. 24. This is the saddest implementation of the most extrordinary idea since the edsel.

I probably shouldn't be telling you this but I'll go ahead......Cupa's will be able to wield lightsabers. No kidding. All pets that stand on two feet will be able to equip and use melee weapons. All four legged pets willl have mountable turrets. I think this is a step in the right direction and I can't wait.
