The devs have turned off badge awarding for the duration of the respec period, and with good reason. There are a lot of people respecing every 12 hours, trying out every template that they can think of, looking for the "I win" combination of the CU.


On TC, with the blue frogs, there are players who are deliberately instamastering professions just to get the badges to show up in their biographies. THEN they stand around the frogs and ask people to duel them.
