Thread: A Farewell from a Master Creature Handler...

So comes my time to gather up my pets and crowd into my ship and hyperspace away from this galaxy forever. I want to thank you all for the fond memories, from the beginning days in Anchorhead defending the city from Imperials, to the corvette getting fired upon by super battle droids, to the depths of space, flying wing to wing. Hopefully I will be able to find peace in some part of the galaxy away from enslavement and away from war.

(Unfortunately, this CU as they call it has detroyed the game for me, and I am finished in giving these developers chances. It has been an interesting, and more often than not, frustrating experience, but I have had good times also. May 4th is the last day on my account)

I wish you all a very fond farewell, and wish you luck where ever your future takes you. Goodbye.

Echobe's Farewell

PS. Master Creature Handler to the end, and the end has come...

I may not have always agreed with you, nor supported some of your more... let's say "inflammitory" posts, but I know you always had a true passion for the profession and the game, and that you said what you said with the best of intentions out of your desire to improve the CH profession.

You'll be missed, too many veterans have said farewell this week.

Yanno, I know you have as much passion for CH as I do. We have written a lot of the same stuff. In a world of mice and men, I can say it was a pleasure knowing you would step up to the plate.

Hunt well Aakh.

Thanks guys. This is all very heart-breaking. This game has by far the best community bar-none of any game I have ever played. If only the devs could have been even half as productive as this game's community has been, it would be the greatest game ever...

Hate to see another CH go, but I wish you the best. It is a shame that SWG is going down that same road that UO did because they acted like this for a few years. Not only do we get a "Beta" Patch shoved to all the servers that really needs a bit of work, there is a new expansion due out the end of the week as well. It seems like so much is being slammed out when there should be a priority to get the current issues fixed before adding more content. It would be like Microsoft releasing Longhorn without TCP/IP support and say "Opps, this will be fixed later after we update Media Player". Anyway, take care and best of luck to ya!

Another one bites the dust ....

I'll soon be stuffing Kzin back into his cryosleep chamber for another few months (only been back for a few weeks) so I know exactly whereof you speak. Last one to leave MCH, please turn out the lights and leave out a bowl of water for thirsty Kusaks .....

Can't say much Aahk, other than we've raised some hell on the forums, killed some rancors in game and did our best to help the CH profession as much as we could. If PM is sticking around, that leaves the band of 6 down to one now. Don't know where ya going, or if ya gonna give another MMO a chance, but hey, good luck with ya.

Many times we've been on the same side, hell, all the time we've been on the same side of the argument, I was just a little slicker in not getting banned.

Take care Aahk, and keep in touch, I'll still have my PM on here unless they cancel the forum accounts for those with out an SWG account.

What's worse, is that even if they did get things working and made things fun again and even started to actually put some effort and imagination into this game, I still wouldn't come back. They have just screwed up too often. Blah...
